How it works
Choose a grade from the drop-down in each area.
The grade cell changes colour to match the toolkit’s colour coding.
The evidence descriptors for that grade appear automatically. Strong shows the Expected and Strong statements. Exceptional shows all three tiers.
Bold sub-headings for descriptors within the grading are added to the evidence box, ready for leaders to complete.
Each area has its own “Links to the school development plan” box, so you can show what you are working on in that area.
